An agreement between the state-owned North Carolina Railroad and Norfolk Southern Railway establishing the compensation and conditions under which Norfolk Southern operates over the North Carolina Railroad's right-of-way. A series of agreements between the Fort Worth Transportation Authority and Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway, including one to construct a bridge under active BNSF tracks to permit new commuter service access into the central business district, another to construct a storm drain under a BNSF switching yard, and a third to modify the trackage rights agreement that permits BNSF to operate over the city-owned railroad line.

An agreement between the Port of Houston Authority and Union Pacific Railroad, Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway, and The Texas Mexican Railway re-establishing after 25 years the Port Authority's voting status on the Board of the Port Terminal Railroad Association, a railroad which provides open switching services to industries located along the Houston Ship Channel.

A series of agreements between the Fort Worth Transportation Authority and Union Pacific Railroad, involving construction projects and permanent traffic routing changes related to the initiation of commuter service and the construction of a pedestrian tunnel under a Union Pacific yard and the adjacent main lines.
