Trinity Railway Express crossings at 7th and 8th Streets in Fort Worth The City of Fort Worth and the Fort Worth Transportation Authority, know as "the T," created a Quiet Zone encompassing two crossings when the Trinity Railway Express tracks were constructed into downtown Fort Worth. Because these do not qualify as "pre-rule" Quiet Zone crossings under the federal regulations, Woodharbor Associates is assisting the T and the City in satisfying the requirements to permit these to continue as Quiet Zone crossings after December 18, 2004. |
